Nat runs Magic Fingers Graphics, design studio from her coastal family farm up in the winterless Far North of New Zealand.
Nat will be joining us to speak on what’s behind the scenes of award winning design. Nat will share some of her processes and thinking behind what’s gained her awards in the past for some of her epic designs.
What will you be speaking about at Launch?
I will be speaking a little bit about award winning design, some behind the scenes information and maybe some tips and tricks. So, if you come armed with your burning questions, I might let you in on a few secrets. Grab your tickets and I’ll see you there in April.
What advice would you give your 10-year-younger self when it comes to your career path?
If I could go back 10 years and give a piece of advice to my younger self I would say, “you can’t steer a ship that isn’t moving”. A ship parked at a dock is impossible to move, it’s not going to go anywhere. The only thing that will steer that ship is movement. Movement creates the opportunity, and a step forward is progress, no matter how small.
